Poor Customer Service Very poor customer service skills had to call them to get a status on my car. Took them 3 months to fix my car when they said it would be 3 1/2 weeks to begin with. They did give me a "courtesy" car but it didn't always start and had multiple other problems with it and did nothing to fix the situation. When my car was finally done they didn’t think they were in the wrong, just stated “these things happen.” In the first 24 hours of having my car back I had to return to the shop 3 times.
