Went in to get an issue on my frame checked. Their website said free estimates so I wasn’t expecting to be charged. While I appreciate the mechanic showing me the problem area, he ended charging me $100 without giving me a heads up beforehand. This was very upsetting! He was not upfront about the cost beforehand at all. Nobody mentioned anything about the cost. Just said at the end btw it’s $100!
