We previously used SiteOne’s DIY sprinkler design program at our last house and had no issues. That’s why we trusted them again. Big mistake. We paid our fee and dropped off our sprinkler design packet on August 28th. On September 8th, the designer told us we were “next on his list.” That turned out to be a flat-out lie.
