J’avais un rendez-vous confirmé, mais j’ai attendu longtemps avant d’être pris en charge. Il semblait y avoir un manque d’organisation évident. Le véhicule n’était même pas prêt pour la visite. Cela montre un manque de professionnalisme et de respect envers les clients.

I Rarely buy a used car but needed a decent daily driver for the summer as well as it being the only car in wintertime and was looking for a diesel VW wagon but end of November with only a week to go I was shown a 2012 Jetta GLI with 225000 kms and fell for it quickly because it had documented major work done on it in past 12 months and was reassured and went for my first Non Diesel VW and a year later ith only 2 minor repairs and 4 oil changes with 40000 kms done on it since still very satisfying to drive it daily :-)
