I had issues with my vehicle and was referred to this shop. I left my vehicle with the owner Derick to see what repairs could be done on 01/18/2021. I was told that it would only be a day to see what issues I had with my car and what was causing the engine to misfire. I didn’t hear anything from the owner for a few days. Worst experience ever! Derek has had my car for over 4 months. During this time he has yet to let me come see my car or better yet just have it back. He ignores my calls and text messages. His wife as well. They have ran out of so many excuses on why he can’t work on my car, that I have asked for my car back multiple times now, his wife put my calls to foward and Derek just ignores me all together now. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!!
My transmission he rebuilt Never worked right and completely failed after a few hundred miles. Now from the pics I shared you can see he doesn’t even respond so I can pick up my transmission that doesn’t work. Told me he moved his shop but will not respond to tell me where his new shop is so I can pick up MY transmissions. Last time it took a bad google review for him to actually respond to me.
