Location used to be great. Staff seems overhauled and the new manager is rude and that seems to have trickled done.
My car went in brakes. They called said it was all done and ready to be picked up. Went and got the car. Wow nope brakes weren't done. My husband called and was told bring it back on Monday and we will fix it. The manager apologized. So I take it back on. Again we were called and told it was ready for pick up. This time yes the brakes were done, however they we're not done correctly. This time my right rear brake caught on fire with my 3 year old granddaughter in the car along with my husband and myself. My husband called last week to get a quote on getting our AC repaired. When we arrived for the repair we were told the quote was wrong and they would call later. The service manager told my husband they couldn't find the part so my husband found it. After all of that they aren't willing to do the repair. Don't use them they're shady. They used to have three shops and now only one. Soon to be none if they continue to run the business this way.
Trying to get an oil change and filter in this town has become a joke. You advertise an oil change special for $26.95, and when my wife comes to you, you try to charge her $42. Last time I was there I was treated quite well, so this is very disturbing. We have three vehicles that require oil and filter changes and you are just managed to cancel yourself off the list.
