Had numerous issues going with an oil leak on my car. Took it several places to get an estimate and these guys were the cheapest AND I was able to use one of their free loner vehicles while they fixed my car. Professional, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile for you. Will be using their services again.
I can't say enough great things about Auto Pros. This is the only place I will take my car and the only place I recommend to friends. Gary and his staff are friendly, honest, trustworthy and will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied and taken care of. They stand behind everything they do. I love this place and am a customer for life.
Stay away, rude, dishonest – I would stay away from this shop as they have poor customer service and rude. Gary is very defensive and wont admit when they make a mistake. They will just double charge you to fix the problem again or blow you off.
Honest and professional at Auto Pros – tooleey you fooleey. You sure you were at Auto Pros? This is the first shop I've used where I hav'nt felt like I was being taken advantage of. If a repair is critical, they take care of it professionally, if it is something that can wait, they let me know how long I can put it off. Don,t like to spend the cash until I need to. Auto Pros, keep up the good work!!
Auto Pros keeps my small fleet on the road. – We are a family of seven with six vehicles. Some of them have over 200,000 miles. We have been going to Auto Pros for over 6 years. At Auto Pros they keep track of each vehicle and what has been done and what should to be done in the future. I don't like to spend the money until I need to.
