Great, reputable, honest company. It’s refreshing to go in for an oil change or something simple and they aren’t trying to upsell you on 10 more things.
As a new resident on Hilton Head Island, I went here because I had a tire issue. The owner took time out of his busy day to examine my tire and repaired it right away. They were completely honest and very nice. I would recommend sending anyone there because they were so down-to-earth.
We have used Auto Pro since we bought here in 2022 , recommended by our neighbor. Honestly the most trustworthy auto repair shop we’ve ever dealt with. They are busy because of how good they are , people trust them. Wish more auto repair shops were like this one .
Customer service is sincerely off the charts. I’m on vacation with my family when I got a nail in my tire and the mechanic named Sebastian and an older gentleman, did everything they could to help me out when every other tire shop couldn’t
I was in from out of town for the week and started having issues with my truck as soon as we arrived. I walked into auto pro, was immediately helped, and they were able to sneak me in the next day even though it was obvious they were crazy busy. The work on the truck was fast and efficient and even though they knew I was a tourist they did not take advantage of that. Absolutely great experience.
