A Lifesaver! The night before going back home to Pittsburgh from Hilton Head, car check engine light suddenly started flashing—around 10 PM. this could have completely derailed our plans to get back home. I do not leave reviews but AutoPro was a 10/10! My AC broke on the way to Hilton Head from Charlotte, NC and it was the worst 4 hours of heat of my life! But I found Auto Pro and the reviews were amazing and they were on point! Bryan was amazing the service was quick, affordable, and everyone was so helpful.
Best customer service ever! Single mom on vacation with the kids. Heard something dragging under my car so I called Auto Pro Hilton Head as soon as they opened. Took my car in about an hour later. They had my car in and out of the shop in less than a half hour! Amazing guys and amazing service! Hopefully I won't need a mechanic while on vacation ever again BUT if I do I will definitely be going back to Auto Pro! Thanks Auto Pro for saving my trip!
I almost never leave reviews on anything, but Bill and his team deserve this one! I brought my Durango in with a misfire and Bill knew the root problem within 20 minutes of me being there. He was straightforward and gave a fair price that I was absolutely happy with! I also have a speech impediment and him and his team could not have been nicer about it, even over the phone! I will definitely be using Auto Pro for all my future auto needs! Thanks for awesome service!
Can’t thank Bill and everyone else at the shop enough for their quick and honest work. Had an engine misfire on vacation and showed up at opening the day before the Fourth of July and they were kind of enough to squeeze me in on an extremely busy day, had the issue diagnosed with parts delivered and installed in 2 hours and I was back to enjoying my vacation with just two days left before a 10 hour drive back home. Truly the best.
