Haven't been here yet but Mike sounds like a jerk for not understanding things over the phone
They were able to fix my car many months ago. I wasn't going to write a review until a mechanic yesterday stated that whoever last worked on my engine which was Auto Pro didn't reconnect everything in the engine. Also my main concern was that the cost of the work was over $2,000 and I wish they had told me it would be that much BEFORE working it so I could decide whether or not to move forward with it. But like I said he did fix the problem I had so I give them that.
If you care about your vehicle, DO NOT TAKE IT TO AUTO PRO!! I REPEAT, DO NOT TAKE IT TO AUTO PRO!! It is the absolute worst shop I have ever used in my lifetime. I had my car towed to them for one thing, only for them to inform me that I had a bevy of problems that I did not actually have before I took my vehicle to them. I just went ahead and let them "fix" my car, only for the same issue to happen immediately after I picked it up. I had my vehicle towed back to them. They had my vehicle for a week with no updates and I wa... read more

This place is incredible. Mike the owner and his team are very knowledgeable, honest they are quick but diligent with your repair. Always charges the best price out of any quotes I've ever gotten. They are fair and honest.
