I don't know why they have the word pride in their name because they didn't take any pride in washing my vehicle. I spent $40 for the gold package and left with all kinds of water spots black marks, other dirty spots that were still all over the vehicle, and my stereo was still all dusty. I expected a lot more from a hand car wash but ended up with the same result I would have had going through a drive thru car wash.
Dropped my Toyota Sienna off at 930am in the morning to be throughly cleaned and steam cleaned. They wanted to charge $350 and last time it was $175.00. My van was done at 530pm and let me tel you the back of my van seats and interior was still dirty and wet. my front seats were not touched at all and when I got home I had to clean everything they didn’t do properly. NEVER will I be going back there and I’ve been going there for years. They get 0 stars! NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!
RecommendedGot the next one up from silver. Beautiful job. There was a spot I could not get off and turned out not bird poop but pine sap. He used some tar off stuff and said the next wash up from the one I get would get that all off or j could buy the tar soap.

Horrible job last time I was in. Inside windows smeared, mirrors not wiped at all, tailgate filthy. No longer recommending this place.
I left there by the time I got to the gym and realized that they had stalled my beats by Dre and went back now they have to investigate so they have thieves working for them
RecommendedI have been bringing all 4 of my cars here for over 8 years. quality had dropped a little. Everytime I bring my truck the middle of the hood and roof is never washed. I end up wiping down the entire car when I get home. of note they just increased the price for an exterior wash by $3! def trying to discourage it and get people to buy the unlimited wash or the full service for 29.99. I have 4 cars and am not going to pay 35 a month for each car. maybe a discount for multiple cars? please improve on the quality control.
