January 23, 2025my brother car was impounded by these people, on the left hand side shows no damages to the car, the following day January 24, 2025 not even a full 24 hours. My father and I witness the fork lift driver drop the vehicle on the ground causing damages, we filed a claim January 28, 2025. Was in and out in about an hour. As long as you’re not incompetent and have everything you need there shouldn’t be any problems. Lots of people complaining and not a pleasant place to be but I got my car back and that’s all I care about
