The staff was not rude to me. They were very helpful. I gave 2 stars because communication break down here is terrible. Everyone gives you a different answer. Some let you skip the line other staff will make you stand in line for an 1-2 hours just for your I.D back or for a pass. Forklift and shack people in the tow yard are rude. I got yelled at to get another pass after 30 minutes. Waited in line for 1 hour or more for the lady to tell me I don’t have to get another pass an not to listen to them. After being involved in a serious accident, the whole process is overwhelming. I went to pound #1 and was met with rudeness and frustration. However in pound #2 Daniela was like an angel. Truly in moments like these, js nice when someone takes the time to understand, explain and walkthrough things. She helped me get my belongings with ease. 100% recommend her.
The way they drag cars around in there cannot be good for the vehicles. They also make it damn near impossible to pick up the cars that got towed so that they can charge you for an extra day.
Atrocious.
