Loved the product - once I got it working - BUT as someone else said, customer service is terrible. When I had questions during install they took days to respond to emails and tech support did NOT answer the phone or return messages. Now I'm trying to get parts - contacted them via email - and have been waiting OVER a month for them to get back to me after one email that said they're "talking with the factory". Now I see on their website that every item is "out of stock". Since their phone numbers don't seem to be in service... read more
Terrible! Worked fine for a few months. Then the reel would not take up the cover in the middle of the season. Terrible follow thru and customer service. Forget phone calls!! I am still waiting on a refund. We returned product at Our Cost. Beware of product!
We needed a low profile pool cover reel, capable to cover and uncover the pool automatically, priced reasonably. Saves on water evaporation and keeps heat in, very happy with our Auto Pool Reel
The auto pool reel is a wonderful product. The customer service is top notch. I wish I would have known about this product sooner.
