Unit would intermittently not wind up the cover. Sent an email to customer service, no response. Called, got a voice mail with BS about how they pride themselves on customer service. Eventually got a cryptic email response, it’s obvious whoever is responding really doesn’t know a great deal about the product. It’s almost like the designer is gone and someone who doesn’t know about the product is trying to limp along by occasionally responding to emails. They have NEVER answered the phone.
