I could not recommend these guys more, or at least the person I dealt with over email. Very quick replies by email. Honoured a 12 month warranty for an alternator which was advertised through eBay despite the fact I didn't purchase it on eBay (normally it's a 3month warranty for in-store purchases, 12 months via eBay). The guy I spoke to as I walked in to the store did ask me to wait until he'd finished what he was doing which I thought was odd, but he was nice enough.
