WATCH THEM...... They tried to charge me for 1.7hrs of labour when it was 1.5hrs. Besides 0.3hrs/20min of the hour and a half it did actually take, was the mechanic trying to take a short cut which didnt pan out, thats the way the cookie crumbles and i can live with, but to add extra 0.2hrs that it never took and when i questioned it he said " ok then i will do it at 1.5hrs" is just taking advantage and relying on the customer not paying attention. Amazing experience here, and attended to by Dalton. He took the time to really explain what’s wrong with the car, empathise, and gave genuine suggestions. Unfortunately for me, there are major issues with the car and I likely will have to get a new one. They offered free flushing of the contaminated cooling system till my next appointment date for my safety, so really thank you for that. You best bet you’d be well-taken care of here :)

Honestly one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with a mechanic. The staff were polite, but the owner clearly has little knowledge of Volkswagens. My car was back and forth in the workshop for two weeks, I was charged money, and in the end I was told to take it to Volkswagen anyway. Completely wasted time, money, and trust. Would not recommend whatsoever.
