Honestly one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with a mechanic. The staff were polite, but the owner clearly has little knowledge of Volkswagens. My car was back and forth in the workshop for two weeks, I was charged money, and in the end I was told to take it to Volkswagen anyway. Completely wasted time, money, and trust. Would not recommend whatsoever.
Professional customer service.
Absolute joke cutting my coolant pipe so I come back to these putrid mechanics. Got my car serviced on a Monday that same week Saturday I took my car to the servo to fill it up not even 1 kilometre away on the way back my coolant blew all over the engine bay and my car never had heating problems ever before until I got it serviced here. Absolute joke don’t recommend anyone!!
Really happy with the service here, they kept me up to date with what was happening with the repair and they took the time to make sure it was done right without overcharging like some mechanics try to do, and they took the time to explain to me any concerns I had. Happy to recommend Service Plus SA. It's always difficult deciding on a new mechanic as my old one sold the business and I've moved quite far away from them, but I feel like I made the right choice by going here ☺️
Just had log book service done. These guys are fantastic. Very professional, great service from Jake. Excellent prices. Will be sticking with them from now on.
