I’ve visited many car dealerships across Northern Virginia, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The female staff member who assisted us was extremely unprofessional — she appeared disinterested, unhelpful, and more focused on her phone than on assisting customers. We came in specifically to test drive a van, but she limited the drive to less than 10 minutes and stated that the price was firm and the vehicle was sold as-is with no warranty or support offered.
