I'd give them 6 stars if i could. From the people at the front desk, to the technicians, to the manager, waldorf Pep Boys went above and beyond to help me with my car. I highly recommend them.
This location is easy and wonderful to work with. Mark is incredibly polite and my car is never in the shop for long. I’ve been happy with their work everytime!
I had a very disappointing experience with this Pep Boys location. I brought my vehicle in for new tires, brakes, and rotors. Before the service, my TPMS system worked properly. Shortly after the work was completed, I began getting TPMS warnings and then the system stopped showing tire pressures. When I returned, the issue was not meaningfully resolved.
