I initially came here as a first-time customer, lured by a "good deal on an oil change." Well, that was a mistake. Once my vehicle was already in the shop, I was blindsided by unexpected upcharges—something I’ve never encountered at any other place where I've had oil changes (and I've had plenty). It's disappointing to see businesses resort to this bait-and-switch tactic. I’ll definitely be taking my business elsewhere and will be sure to warn others. But hey, congrats on mastering the art of "financial strategy." 👏

Brian and his team at Auto Plus are absolutely fantastic! I’ve been in the car industry for 15 years and have a ton of experience working with various shops. So easy to tell a great one from a bad one. Brian is the type of guy who is honest and will get your car fixed right the first time. He will never BS you or upsell you on something your car doesn’t need. He runs a very honest business with a great team. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
