I really like Shawn and Betty and there team are all so professional and our vehicles always come back looking good to us. But it is extremely frustrating how long they’ve had my vehicle. I guess they are waiting on parts. I think they’ve had my jeep for 3 going on 4 weeks. I probably won’t be taking my vehicles back here ever again. I think I’m going to just start looking for other collision repair shops from now on.
I spoke to Shawn on the phone prior to my visit, and he remembered our conversation when I arrived. He repaired a dent in my rear bumper until I can afford to have it replaced. Shawn was extremely kind and down to earth. I’m very happy with the experience I had here.
I went to the Body Shop at Pettus for an estimate. The staff was kind, informative and very helpful. This was my first time submitting a claim on my own, Bettye and Shawn explained the process, submitted my claim to insurance and followed up with me as things progressed. Their patience was very helpful as I am new to this. I highly recommend the Body Shop at Pettus.
Pettus Collision Center did an awesome job on our vehicle. The team was friendly and and completed the body work very quickly. I would highly recommend their service to others.
