BEWARE $96 PER DAY LOT FEE!!!! Would give zero stars if possible, Betty was super nice, however they continued to wait to do an estimate for 14 days because they said that Sean was on vacation and they were charging $96 per day to hold my car, just to run the bill up. I have been using Pettus Collision for many years for all my car repairs. Shawn has worked on several different cars and has never disappointed me in the quality of his work. I highly recommend them for any work that needs to be done.
Great experience at Pettus Automotive Collision Center. Brought my 2024 Mustang in that I ordered from Pettus for some cosmetic and custom work. Shawn and the team did a great job with the painting and installation of my carbon fiber hood and fenders, as well as a new front splitter and some lighting. Impressive. I was treated like family. Betty and Shaun had my back when it came to the insurance company sending me through the ringer. They know their stuff. The repairs were completed professionally and timely. This is the second time I've dealt with Shaun and Betty, and I was impressed both times.
