Helpful staff and clean business
I never write reviews but I had to. This was my first time at this shop for my Mercedes truck with a gas leak. I spoke to few other mechanics and their price was outrageous - so I was just giving this place a shot/getting a quote. The owners called me few times to keep me updated and even showed me the actual leak it self. They gave me an AMAZING price and fixed the leak within 1 day! They saved me hundreds of dollars. Solid reliable work, no issues
Guy in the front with glasses was very nice. He greeted me and helped me the entire time. He also answered all my questions. Had my brakes, oil, and cabin filter replaced was reasonably priced too. Would definitely recommend coming here and using their services.
Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. Skinny Guy in the front with glasses desk 0 customer service. You’re not allowed to stay and wait inside the waiting room. Asked how long should I be expecting to get an update on my car and was literally told “ I don’t know” by skinny guy at the front desk. “ I don’t know”. Couldn’t believe that was buddys answer.
