Solid reliable work, no issues
Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. Skinny Guy in the front with glasses desk 0 customer service. You’re not allowed to stay and wait inside the waiting room. Asked how long should I be expecting to get an update on my car and was literally told “ I don’t know” by skinny guy at the front desk. “ I don’t know”. Couldn’t believe that was buddys answer. After waiting about 6 hrs to get my diagnostic on my bmw I spoke to one of the technicians who did seem nice and was actually helpful with my diagnostic breakdown. U... read more
Guy in the front with glasses was very nice. He greeted me and helped me the entire time. He also answered all my questions. Had my brakes, oil, and cabin filter replaced was reasonably priced too. Would definitely recommend coming here and using their services.
I towed my 2006 S65 AMG to Alex at Auto PHD. The car wasn’t starting. Alex was able to find the problem and repaired the same day!!! He showed me the terrible job done by another shop that was done incorrectly and could have burned my car!! Thanks to Alex and his team of Experts my problem is solved. I’m in the collision business and I have found an auto repair shop that I can Trust!! This shop is the Best!!! Thank you 🙏
