Deceptive pricing! I placed an order a week ago for parts that were supposedly in stock. they claimed they would arrive in 4-6 days. It's been a week and not only did I not receive the parts I bought and paid for, but they now want more money before they will ship them. This is deceptive and should be illegal. They claim it is "just our policy" and it is indeed buried in the fine print of their terms and conditions. it is not apparent before you check out. Ordered an abs module by the VIN and old part number, they sent me one and we put it on for the customer. Sent it to the dealership to be programmed to the vin only to be told it was the wrong one. Contacted them for the refund only to be told that because we installed it we can't return it. My customer is now out over $300. It has been a freaking ridiculous hassle and we still don't have his money.
DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. This company and website is a complete scam. They have terrible BBB reviews. They take your money and send you the incorrect part and then claim that they did nothing wrong. This is a recurring theme in several other reviews. THEY SEND YOU THE INCORRECT PART AND THEN REFUSE TO PROVIDE A REFUND OR EXCHANGE.
