Ordered an abs module by the VIN and old part number, they sent me one and we put it on for the customer. Sent it to the dealership to be programmed to the vin only to be told it was the wrong one. Contacted them for the refund only to be told that because we installed it we can't return it. My customer is now out over $300. It has been a freaking ridiculous hassle and we still don't have his money.
DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. This company and website is a complete scam. They have terrible BBB reviews. They take your money and send you the incorrect part and then claim that they did nothing wrong. This is a recurring theme in several other reviews. THEY SEND YOU THE INCORRECT PART AND THEN REFUSE TO PROVIDE A REFUND OR EXCHANGE. I have sent numerous emails and spoke with extremely incompetent staff, yet there still has been no resolution. I wasted over $170.
