I love coming here for my parts. They have a big selection. The staff is very accommodating. The return policy is The best out there I think they have my business for many years. To come highly recommended
The worse place to buy anything, I got the worst service ever, staff is rude and I had to wait an entire week for a part that should have been delivered in a day or two. No communication when the part didn't come in. I dont even think I was ordered the day I bought the part because nothing showed up even on Friday when I went to go get a refund. Since they updated their system to a different provider on June 1, 2026 I have not been able to access the web based parts portal, and calling in takes any where between 45 minutes to an hour (And we have to call more than once per day.) Today I'm currently at 40 minutes on one phone, but when it told me 15 minutes ago I was caller one, and then 10 minutes ago I'm caller number two, I called them from my other phone as well. The store was well maintained with loyal customer. Service was delayed due new employee. Given context it is forgivable. One customer told me call n and usually by the time he arrives it is on the counter. Item was priced better than other stores.
