the manager chris is awesome. the guys at the front desk are great to work with
Bought a hood for a a santa fe after driver 2 hrs to pick up at Lawrence open the box and it was a used hood primer black and the box was labeled for another vehicle year and model. When back to the store and talk to the manager Christ that was really rude and unprofessional about the situation. Part was purchased a week + before the confrontation received was provided to him and show a 1500$ purchased, at the moment there are legal actions on the process.
APO Lawrence has had a new manager for several months and the place has been running smoothly.
