Horrible seevice, impossible to get through to somebody
I have called and emailed from the website regarding 2 charges on bosses credit card for parts that were never delivered. (It said delivery available!). We no longer need the parts and I can't get in touch with ANYONE to cancel and get credit. Horrible way to run a business. ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE!!!
