There was no experience apart from being hung up on four times when they clearly advertise as open. Won't ever bother them again.
It was not bad experience. The staff was helpful in finding the part I
Had a machine break down, they found my parts promptly and that's where the good stopped. Requested next day service multiple times because they get shipping through Purolater. They don't do next day. I was told it was 3-4 business days which has became over a week. Called in several times at the 3-4 day mark. Got attitude from the parts staff to which I returned it. Then after I lost my temper because they had no idea where my parts were, had no interest in trying to locate them, then to add insult to injury charged me frei... read more
