Today 11/11/25, I went by Kia in Wendell because of maintenance lights that had popped on this morning. The maintenance team was cordial, but Matt, the young man, who greeted me in offering assistance was great. He approached me with a smile, an open hand for my key and repeated what he had been told was my concern. I was pleasantly surprised at such a warm welcome. I brought my vehicle in for a warranty repair, which was handled promptly—and I appreciated being offered a loaner vehicle while they completed the work. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by what felt like a blatant attempt to deceive. After the repair, the technician handed me a printed alignment inspection showing one tire severely out of spec and recommended an alignment. The issue?
