Slowest service department I’ve ever been to.
It was the worst car service experience ever. This was my first and last time here. I brought my new kia for a variety of things. I had an appointment for 9 am. I got there the night before to drop it off due to I had to work. It was getting late in the evening and I needed my car. Around 5pm (mind you they close) I called to see if I could pick up my car.
