The staff are amazing to do business ! However, no follow up calls. If they are close phone diverts to a answering machine not helpful. Taxi Situation: taxi ride book by them left us in Avis rentals ended up not picking up the car in their building. No follow up calls no one could help us. No ride home with my 2 yr old son so sad situation. Hope they follow up with taxi why driver left the site.

I had an accident in my car, Skoda Fabia. The team at Auto Panel Repairs Wagga Wagga were at all times helpful, friendly, willing to go the extra mile. Being a Skoda, they had issues getting parts but always kept me up to date on what was going on. Kerrie was such a lovely lady to deal with and nothing was too much trouble for her. She liaised with NRMA @Avis rental car on my behalf which relieved me from the stress. The repairs that were completed were extensive and now it looks like a new car again.
