The only Body Shop I trust. Having an accident, or needing work done on your car is never fun. The team at Auto Palace always has your back, very detailed, very communicative, honest and a joy to work with. Would never go anywhere else
Unfortunately, this was my third time having had an accident and just as usual I received great service. Each visit after the repairs were done, the vehicle looked like it was sitting on the showroom floor of the dealership. Friendly, knowledgeable and courteous people.
I can’t say enough good things about The Auto Palace! After someone hit my car, Jim, Brad, & the entire auto palace team made the repair process completely seamless. Their customer service was absolutely phenomenal—kind, communicative, and on top of every detail. They coordinated directly with both the at-fault driver’s insurance company and the rental car facility, which took a huge weight off my shoulders.
