I was with a competitor company for 25 years. I was referred to auto owners to try as I wasn’t happy with the company that I was with. I started by giving them only my full coverage cars. Fail to return calls. Mail items to wrong address. Supposedly mailed items never show up after several weeks. Service unreliable. Do not recommend.
