I had an extremely disappointing experience with Auto-Owners Insurance. My company proactively reached out to ask whether it was acceptable for us to have armed guards at our locations. We were trying to be transparent and responsible. Instead of simply telling us that armed guards were not allowed under the policy, Auto-Owners moved to cancel our coverage.
