We are with Auto-Owners insurance and this is our 1st time filing a claim with them. Jon Garrett was a wonderful surprise as the agent assigned to us for our water damage in our kitchen, walls, floors and basement repairs. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He always kept us in the loop on what was happening and answered all of our concerns promptly. He worked well with our restoration people in the updates on what needs arose. We appreciate all Jon Garrett did on our behalf.

I have had homeowners insurance for 25 years and this is the first and hopefully last time I will have to use it, but having said that. Jonathan Garrett the adjuster I was assigned was phenomenal!
