ZERO STARS I had a very disappointing experience with adjuster JOSHUA WHITE. I found his communication to be extremely rude, disrespectful, and condescending. The way my claim was handled was unacceptable to me, and I would not want another customer to have the same experience. I otherwise had a good impression of Auto-Owners Insurance, but this interaction significantly affected my opinion of the company. Please see photos
Dilkhaz(Dee) Mizori was our rep at Auto Owners insurance for a car accident that we were involved in. She was wonderful! I work with Dilkhaz Mizori in the Mesa location. Communicative, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. You get to the point where you have a claim and think to yourself "here we go, let the claim denials begin." Not with Auto-owners!
