Adjuster Robert Pugh was excellent to work with here in Asheville, NC following Hurricane Helene.
Auto owners did in fact exceed my expectations. After filing my claim I was immediately contacted to get the process started. An inspector was here in a few days. In a week I was advised the results and the company’s decision. All of the people I had contact with were very courteous and helpful, especially Ms. Goins in the Asheville office.
