I have had this insurance company for 2 years and was on time for all my payments. I was involved in a no fault accident where I had to utilize a repair shop. When the repair shop didn’t hear back from the insurance representative I reached out to them and my representative had quit/been fired, but my case had not been reassigned to a new representative.
