Prompt, courteous, and professional claims service!
It was nothing short of a very positive experience. I hit a deer on the way to work and I was pretty upset. I had a friend who had to go through a lot of time and arguing with their insurance company with a similar accident . Heather Martinez was very communicative, explained things well, was prompt and very accessible. We differed on the total loss value of my car and she allowed me to supply comps and service records to then adjust the value so I was more comfortable with the final value. She deserves 5 stars.
