I have NEVER had such a pleasant and easy interaction with any insurance company like I have had with Auto Owners! I cant say enough good things about this company. If I could give 10 stars I would. Andrew Novak (field claims representative) has been phenomenal! We had to file a claim for water damage where the flooring and subfloor needed to be removed and replaced and Mr. Novak went above and beyond to make things as stressless as possible. Damage to our vehicle resulted in our interacting with the Auto-Owners claim department. That process was directed by Carol(e), who was wonderful. She treated us with professionalism and courtesy. Her explanations of the claims process were clear and understandable. She was especially helpful near the end of the process to resolve a major concern. Her willingness to assist promptly was exceptional and gratifying. Carol is a major asset for Auto-Owners.
Claims administrator Karyl is super helpful. When I call she takes the time to listen and answer my questions. I feel like she sympathizes with our struggles after the accident. Thank you Auto-Owners.
