Quick processing of a car-deer collision!
We had an extensive hail storm that damaged our private residence and all of our farm buildings. Auto Owners were very efficient in evaluating the damage and making a preliminary payment so we could begin the work. In our case the claim was split between two field claims offices. When the work was done we received the settlement checks exactly as we agreed. Communications throughout the process were excellent. As two evaluators reported, Auto Owners is the best company they work for.
I have NEVER had such a pleasant and easy interaction with any insurance company like I have had with Auto Owners! I cant say enough good things about this company. If I could give 10 stars I would. Andrew Novak (field claims representative) has been phenomenal! We had to file a claim for water damage where the flooring and subfloor needed to be removed and replaced and Mr. Novak went above and beyond to make things as stressless as possible.
