Our finished basement flooded and the last thing I wanted to do after dealing with that was have to fight tooth and nail to try to get our losses covered. Thankfully, this was not the case. Auto owners had an independent adjuster on site within a few days and we had a check in our hands within 2 weeks of the incident. Very happy with my decision to choose Auto Owners for all of our insurance coverages.
We had a leak that damaged our my 85 year old mother’s master bedroom and first floor. Courtney Aubuchon was our Claims Adjustor and was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire mitigation and repair process. I had to manage the process from afar and she helped me stay on top of all aspects of the repairs and advised me about each part of the project. My mother and I were very happy with the level of care and professionalism provided by Courtney and Auto-Owners Insurance.
Nick Ranney was our assigned adjuster. He was very accomodating to work with, listened to our concerns, and fair in his damage report. He did a nice job of balancing our needs with those of Auto-Owners.
Nick and Ryan went above and beyond when my grandmother's house flooded! Great adjusters, friendly, easy to talk to and willing to explains further when needed!
Calvin Robinson is slow or no response on claim payouts... have to follow up several times for an answer. When he does respond, it's a quick low ball figure for repair estimates. Do not recommend. Go elsewhere
