I have been with Auto Owners for years. On 8/4/26, my Cadillac XT5 was hit in a Meijer parking lot in Greenville, Mi. I called my insurance agent, Vredevoogd/ Brummell, and within 2 hours, an amazing claim adjuster contacted me. I am so grateful to Amber Foster, and she handled everything for me. I had to submit my first claim and worked with Monica she was very kind and helpful, and personable! She made the process very easy to understand, and was able to get things taken care of very quickly for me. I also worked with Dan who came out to look at my vehicle and he was very thorough, helpful, and kind as well! I highly recommend Auto Owners insurance.
