I am extremely disappointed with the way my claim has been handled by Auto-Owners Insurance and adjuster Matt W. Their insured was at fault in an accident involving our business van on March 26, and nearly 4 months later, this claim still has not been properly resolved or paid off. Communication has been almost nonexistent. Calls, texts, and emails frequently go unanswered, leaving us completely in the dark throughout this entire process.
