I have had Auto Owners for several years and anytime I had an issue, adjustment or claim they have been very helpful. I recently had a claim from flying road debris on a vehicle my son dives in another city. Jason Sanders the adjuster made the claim process to repair the vehicle extremely convenient and easy. He was most helpful with any questions or concerns we had and made the claim process a pleasurable as an auto claim can be.
Jett Herndon and Auto Owners did a super job for us with a recent claim - great communication and easy to work with. Excellent response and follow through when we needed that support! Highly recommended!
