Warning: do not use this insurance! My mom was in a wreck after a young driver ran a red light in Jan 2025. Her femur was broken off at her hip, and she was in the hospital for a month followed by lots of painful PT, a wheelchair and a walker. 8 months later she developed an infection at the implant site and then ultimately died. She had Auto Owners insurance for many years and had underinsured motorist coverage. They still refuse to pay. We are going to have to go to litigation. It’s a total nightmare. My car was hit while parked. The owner waited for my return and supplied needed insurance info. Once connected withthe adjuster it was a smooth and remarkable easy adjustment and repair. Included paying for rental for the time needed to repair my car. My adjuster was polite timely and patient. Jacky Pomponio

A deer did almost $5000 worth of damage to my car. I called to report a claim & someone contacted me in less than 2 hours. A team went to assess the damage, the check was written, & my car was fixed by the body shop with no issue. My claims rep was Christian & he as great to work with.

The company does not live up to their “claims”posted on their website. I’m not insured with this company, but their insurer hit my car. Auto Owners acknowledged liability but has not compensated for the damages. Date of loss 9/9/25. It’s now 1/9/26. Lacks communication via email, via texts, or via phone. The “Track the claim “ feature does not work or is never updated. Not professional and lacks responsibility. My next step is BBB to report false advertisement. Do better.
