The company does not live up to their “claims”posted on their website. I’m not insured with this company, but their insurer hit my car. Auto Owners acknowledged liability but has not compensated for the damages. Date of loss 9/9/25. It’s now 1/9/26. Lacks communication via email, via texts, or via phone. The “Track the claim “ feature does not work or is never updated. Not professional and lacks responsibility. My next step is BBB to report false advertisement. Do better.

I had another good experience with Auto-Owners. My new truck was totaled when someone ran a redlight. Auto-Owners made the process easy and gave me a fair payout. They have the best customer service of any insurance company I've dealt with.
