When my mother passed away and was subsequently sued 4 months later, by someone that she didn't even hit in an automobile accident, Lisa Smith made a terrible situation tolerable. She was quick to respond and answered our many questions. You probably don't know how much you helped us. I'm actually crying in relief that 4 years later that this nightmare is over. Melissa Johnson handled my wife's claim that dealt with her vehicle being totaled in an accident that involved a policy holder with Auto-Owners Insurance, Forest, VA. Both myself and my wife were extremely pleased with the outcome. It was great working with Melissa. She very efficiently and professionally handed our claim, as well as made the process uncomplicated. I also really appreciated her prompt responses, pleasant and understanding attitude, and very helpful assistance. She deserves a 5-Star rating.

Had to go to this company to handle a claim recently and although not my insurance carrier, I dealt with claims representative, a Ms Dray T. and she handled everything so smoothly and efficiently, if only all insurance reps could be like her .

I had a seamlessly integrated experience with auto-owners insurance when I had a claim on my Volvo XC 60 2019. Melissa Johnson fulfilled my claim within days and my check is already in the bank. I am so super excited to say that this is one of the best auto insurance companies I have ever used. They should be commended for outstanding service

I recently had the first auto policy claim in many years and Jaron Young guided me through the process brilliantly. He oversaw the damage appraisal, removal of my wrecked vehicle and claim settlement. He was always easy to contact, polite and personable. Five stars for Jaron!
