From the time of the accident to picking up a rental car to repairs made to the vehicle was less than two weeks. The process was smooth and I am extremely pleased.

I was rear ended fairly close to my home. The individual that ran into me had Auto-Owners insurance. She did admit her fault, however there was another accident at the same time at the intersection which caused the traffic to be unstable. I contacted her insurance and was very pleased with the service. Everything was easy, and their representative was very prompt in explaining to me the process.
