The driver who hit me got the claim going quickly but they do not want to give market value and was tried to bully us into decisions. Settlement was not agreed upon and they were already canceling my rental. Would not recommend using this company for any insurance needs.
It took almost 8 months, from April to mid December, to get our claim completed. Many calls and emails to the adjuster. His supervisor even apologized and got him to contact me! Excuse after excuse. I had to be the middle man between the roofing contractor and the insurance adjuster. It has been nearly 2 months trying to get my car fixed due to a client of theirs hitting me. No communication, no updates, nothing.
Stay away! I have used them for my business insurance, and unfortunately had to file a claim. You pay insurance for the unexpected... I was told 3 weeks ago that they planned on resolving the claim by the end of the week, but after several calls, emails, and escalation to other individuals within the organization, I am being ghosted. I would say that this is an issue with Zac Cottrell but it is very evident that this is a systemic problem within the organization. Horrible to deal with as a policy holder. After an incident you get abandoned and left to the wolves. STAY AWAY!
