I HAVE OWNED A AUTO OWNERS INSURANCE COMPANY POLICY FOR FIVE YEARS. BOTH TIMES I HAVE HAD TO CALL FOR ASSISTANCE, THE RESPONSE WAS EXCELLENCT. I LIKE THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM. FIRST CLASS SERVICE.
I wish I could give this company negative stars. I've been a contractor for 15 years and never had a claim, a loss, literally have never used my insurance. I signed up with them through a broker, and they sent me an audit, which I receive every year, but they asked for details on literally every single payment that I made to my subcontractors for 2024.
