My wife has left a similar review. After multiple attempts to reach out to the insureds representative and Supervisor, all to no avail, my total loss car remains in my driveway in excess of two months.
We have had an extremely disappointing experience with auto owners insurance regarding a third-party auto claim. Their insured struck our vehicle, and the vehicle was declared a total loss over 45 days ago. Since then, we have made repeated attempts to contact the assigned claims representative and supervisor with little to no response. Multiple voicemails have gone unanswered, communication has been severely lacking, and our claim remains unresolved despite being told the vehicle was totaled weeks ago. ****DONT DO IT! We bought a house with flood insurance through Auto Owners. Fast forward after us being a customer for years our flood insurance doubled. So like anyone would do we looked around and found a cheaper rate. We got another policy and tried to cancel. Since it was a FEMA policy and it was in middle of the term we were told we couldn't.
