I opened a homeowners claim on August 30th, and I am yet to get a response on my claim. Have contacted Lauren and Monica, and no one has any updates. Monica said she would have an update for me on Sept 23rd. I have not heard from her today. First homeowners claim I have filed, and right now, customer service has not been good. Customer service is very important when running a business.
Drew listened when we had questions or did not understand. Drew seemed to care. When he had needed bills or proof of expenses ,he was quick to pay the claim. Because of the service we received from Drew We will recommend Auto-Owners. James Edwards (Bob)

On the evening of 7/3 a utility sink in my laundry room overflowed for around 1 1/2 hours. Even though a long holiday intervened, by 7/10 I have had multiple phone and e-mail interactions with Auto-Owners, a personal in-person visit from Drew, my adjuster. And I have a check in hand to cover the initial repairs. I am delighted with the service I received, and can not express just how much I appreciate the kindness and professionalism that Drew showed to me. Auto-Owners deserves 12 stars out of 10.
