The agent discriminated against me because I have a child with special needs and could not speak to him when he first called. The agent held a grudge, personal vendetta, against me for this and denied my claim despite the reporting police officer stating I was not at fault. I was interrogated by the agent who was unprofessional, unethical, and ruled unjustly.

If you have car insurance through this company don't believe for a second that you are actually covered. My daughter was the victim of an accudent that was without question 100% the fault of the insured. She was stopped behind a school bus dropping off children and was rear-ended. The teenage driver was on his cell phone when he hit her. My daughter incurred less than $10,000 in medical bills, and auto owners refused to pay 100% of them, even though the insured supposedly carried up to $25,000 in liability. I held auto insurance with this company for 1 year. There were no issues until I had a recent change in credit cards which impacted my automatic payments. Almost all of my automatic payments are linked to a checking account, not check card, so I was not aware of the issue until seeing the potential cancellation notice in a junk folder. Once I realized the problem, I quickly made a one time payment for the past due amount and setup the new card to pull the remaining month, by the due date, so things would be back on schedule.... read more

Poor customer service .. after years of coverage and zero claims . I was canceled for a archaic billing process on their end . Error in a CC# took two weeks delay in notifying our office, causing cancellation .
