Terrible claims service. I had to give a star to be able to post. \ My landlord is insured through Auto Owners. I injured my knee because a handrail had not been repaired for months. My knee requires surgery. Originally, I would miss 3 to 4 weeks of work. I am now looking at closer to 6 weeks. Auto Owners was first notified of this problem in early April, 2016. I too would like to not give them a star. This company was supposed to handle a workmans comp insurance claim. I caused an accident. My bad. I wasn't speeding or drunk, I had a mental lapse. Auto Owners strung me along on the Workmans Comp claim. All I was asking that they would pay for the one visit I was more or less forced by first responders to make to the emergency room.
