Great little motor. Has operated my shed doors for 6 years without a issue, plus I can open the doors from down the street. Installed them myself, only took 30 minutes per door.
Bought the garage opener less than 2 years ago and all three remotes supplied have failed, 2 in the first year and the final one just failed. Replacements are $50+ but why would you? They are cheap, nasty plastic, extremely unreliable and are not covered under warranty. As mentioned by other another review, when they do work it is normally when they accidently activate in your pocket.....Do your self a favor and buy a better quality unit...

Only positive is the Motor is quiet and was professionally installed. Coming into the garage at night, the motor has got extremely dull lighting, the remotes have got 4 buttons and i only have one motor.no option of one key remote.remote is also hooked up with a string and even without any misuse has come off within 6 months of use, the remote even in pocket gets activated and the door either comes down or goes up accidentally , called them and was told remotes are not under warranty.
