I had a rock stuck in between my front brake rotor + rotor dust shield making a horrible screeching sound. AutoOne Service was the closest repair shop I found; they took me in right away, raised the car on their lift, removed the wheel, and dislodged the small rock. They insisted on no charge for such a small task so I went down the street and brought over some donuts for the team :)
