So I got excited when the reopened locally and to be honest I went in a number of times and they couldn’t get my items. The problem that followed didn’t sit right with me, I ordered a part and I triple checked it was the correct part. I haven't been to this store in over 5 months due to a rude assistant manager that tried to treat me like a fool due to my age, little did he know I'm a retired mechanic of over year experience and I refused to go back. However I was desperate for a part and while my wife was next door at the pet store I thought I would try my luck. I was amazed that the changes that has happened. Stores time fluctuate more then the staffs decisions, they never know when they are closing and the times posted/online mean nothing as they shut when they decide to, as for the staff only 2 are helpful most of the time I've been walked back to the front desk as they have a new manager (bald guy) that knows nothing about the store, placement or producs and just refers me to the casuals (blond guy and talk lass) they are extremely helpful and seem to run the shop but everyone else has no clue what they are doing.
