RecommendedAll it took was one call to my insurance agent and a call back to auto one and my windshield was replaced with very short notice the next morning ( I was down state for a function ) My invoice says Travis was the tech and my windshield looks great guy! Hi, I was in there today 2/27/20 to have a keyless remote starter put in my 2011 chevy mailbu and the customer service was Fantastic. Darin Bassett is a huge asset to your company, he told me that my battery was bad and needed to be replaced,and you didnt have any so I went down to Auto Value purchased one and brought it back to Auto One and they put the new battery in at no charge! Broke a bolt off that held my light bar on and instead of telling me about it, they glued the head back on to make it appear normal. Can’t believe a shop would go that low and try to get away with it.
Had to have my windshield replaced because a small chip turned into a huge crack. They were able to get the windshield and repair the window super fast and it looks factory installed!
Super fast and easy, got my windshield replaced in a jiff, I'd be glad to come back!!
They did a great job on my pickup. The service was fast and they got me right in. My pickup was there for the better part of a day and I was very satisfied with the job they did. I use my pickup daily for work and it was showing. Now it's back to looking just about new. Obviously every blemish won't be removed but they got just about everyone out. I only had the inside done and for the price you cannot beat it. I was very happy with the work preformed.
