I've been going here since it opened up but today was not good neal was very unprofessional didn't want to fix my vehicle kept saying his men was on the clock working on cars I bought my car to be worked on he didn't want to touch my vehicle first time in over 6 plus years I will never go back
I ran over a pair of needle nose pliers and was almost in a real bind! I was able to quickly pull into Auto One and Mr. Neil helped me out! He was so nice and helpful - they didn't have the right size tire to replace it, but he and his guys did an excellent patch job that held overnight til I could get my tire replaced. The shop was so busy and it was close to quitting time, but they helped me and never even seemed like I was inconveniencing them. 10/10 would recommend and would go back (but I hope I don't need to!!)
I've taken 2 of my vehicle here. I must say that I am very impressed by the customer service and great work. Honest people and great warranties. I just found my new mechanic in this scamming city.
