Soft touch bay did not clean my hood and roof 3 weeks ago. I called and got a code for another wash. Standard procedure. I went this morning and it did it again! They said there is "intermittent" issues. It should be working 3 weeks later and/or at least have an out of order sign on that bay. I won't be going back to this car wash.
